As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will be part of the Mobilae Knowledge Centre team (MKC) and the creative engine behind our learning solutions. You translate complex information into digestible, visually engaging, and effective digital learning paths as well as classroom trainings. You will have the freedom to experiment and make a direct impact on the quality of our services across Europe.

Junior Instructional Designer M/F

Location: Leiderdorp, NL (on site)

Experience: 0 – 3 years

Hours: 32 – 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Develop & Maintain: Build and maintain interactive e-learning and classroom training modules using the Articulate 360 suite (primarily Rise).

• Scripting: Develop structured learning scripts by translating raw SME input into clear, logical, and didactically effective content

• Assisting in LMS tasks: Assist in setting up and optimizing our learning environment (TalentLMS).

• Visual Content: Create supporting materials such as graphics, short videos, or manuals that enhance the learning experience.

• Evaluation: Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments where necessary to ensure high learning impact.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are a digital creative with a passion for learning. You understand that great training isn’t just about delivering information; it’s about truly activating the learner.

• Education: You hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Educational Science, Communication & Multimedia Design, or Instructional Design).

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience. Ambitious graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

• Tools: You are proficient with Articulate Rise. You know how to make a module both visually appealing and highly functional.

• LMS: Familiarity with (or a strong interest in) TalentLMS is a significant plus.

• Languages: You have excellent writing skills and are professional/fluent in English (as we are an international organization). Dutch is a plus

• Mindset: You are proactive, able to work independently, and thrive in an evolving and demanding environment.

Initially, this position is a maternity leave replacement starting in July 2026 for a duration of 7 months; however, subject to proven suitability, there is the possibility of continuing to work with us for a longer period.
